On Friday, April 5th, Aurora Picture Show is hosting their traditional BYOB event from 8-10pm at The Menil Collection. This is an outdoor event and is free to attend. Bring your own snacks, projectors, and blankets. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own films, videos, and other imagery. To register for this event, click here.

The original 1985 novel, "The Handmaid's Tale" is still on the bestseller's list! The television adaptation has also won numerous awards. Come and participate in an insightful conversation on Friday, April 5th at the Jones Hall for the Performing Arts, starting at 7:30pm. On Friday, April 5th and Saturday, April 6th the Asia Society Texas Center will host a production that will surely be a conversation starter. Five young adult Muslim Americans who grew up in a post-9/11 society portray their everyday life in an interview-based theater production.
